How to Receive Tokens on Binance Smart Chain
BSC Uses the BEP20 Token Protocol. You Should Only Ever Send BEP20 Tokens to Your BSC Wallet Address
Binance Smart Chain uses the BEP20 protocol. Depending on what cryptocurrency you want in your wallet on BSC via Metamask, you'll have a few different methods of getting it there.

BEP20 LEO

The LEO token can be wrapped from the Hive blockchain to the Ethereum blockchain (as wLEO) and now it can also be wrapped to the Binance Smart Chain (as bLEO).
If you're wrapping LEO from Hive (or unwrapping and rewrapping from ETH to BSC), view this guide:

Other BEP20 Tokens

You'll find many of your favorite cryptocurrencies in their wrapped equivalents on the Binance Smart Chain. Among the most popular:
  • USDT
  • BTC
  • ETH
  • BNB
  • BUSD
To receive tokens like these and others, make sure you send the BEP20 version to your BSC wallet address.
One of the preferred methods to get something like BEP20 BTC, USDT, ETH, etc. into your BSC wallet is via the Binance exchange (or other CEXes that support BSC).
Through exchanges like Binance, you can simply deposit BTC (or USDT, etc.) and then withdraw it from Binance and select "BEP20" when you input your withdrawal address:

The LEO Bridge Project

In our Roadmap section, you'll see something called the "bLEO Bridge". We're building a bridge that will allow you to seamlessly convert any ERC20 token into a BEP20 token by running a swap through the entire LeoFinance economy.
This Bridge is already possible right now but it requires the user to manually cross it. In the near future, we'll build a simple UI to allow you to choose an input ERC20 (i.e. ETH, wBTC, etc.) and then choose an output BEP20 (i.e. bETH, bBTC, etc.).
If you want to send assets to the Binance Smart Chain using the LeoFinance economy now, just follow these steps:
Swap ERC20 for wLEO via Uniswap -> Unwrap wLEO -> Wrap LEO into bLEO to your BSC address -> Swap bLEO to any BEP20 using Cub Finance
A lengthy process to do manually but this is still one of the easier methods for converting ERC20s into BEP20s (and one of the most unique because of our interesting tokenomic setup with two wrapped tokens and their native equivalent). #Soon there will be a LeoBridge UI to do this automagically.
